Book an appointment with the Registration team for a school tour

If you are interested in taking the application process further, all admissions documents will be provided by the Registration team for completion.

Please return the documents to the registrar as soon as possible either to the school registration office or via email to registrar@agssalalah.edu.om.

The list of documents needed for Registration will be shared. Please return all the documents at the earliest.

Please find below the documents checklist

  • Copy of Birth certificate
  • Copy of Pupil’s Passport
  • Copy of Immunization record
  • Copy of Parent’s Resident card (expatriate only)
  • Copy of Parent’s Passport
  • Copy of Parent’s and Pupil’s visa (expatriate only)
  • Copy of Parent’s ID (For Omani nationals only)
  • 4 color photographs – hard copy
  • Previous school reports (school and Ministry reports)
  • Equivalent certificate, Transfer certificate and school reports

Pupil observations, assessments and interviews will be conducted if needed.

The Principal has the final decision on whether a child will be offered a place at the school.

If your child has been successful, a formal acceptance letter will be sent to parents by the registrar for final signature. This must be returned to school within 7 working days of the offer being given. If the school does not receive the signed acceptance letter within the allotted time, the school cannot guarantee the place offers.

The Registration team will verify all the documents and a period of 7 days will be given to share the missing documents.
